The company known commercially under the brand WALLY born after the war. Founded August 27, 1925 by Mario Zaina, owner's grandfather, the company took its first steps in Milan, in a warehouse equipped with machinery for the manufacture of products in the hardware sector as security locks and cylinders to form the first Italian American type of locks. Initially the products were characterized by two marks, Wally and MZM (acronym of the founder). Between the two World Wars, the Company consolidates and becomes important in the Italian market but in the '50s that Wally gives a decisive impact on its evolution earning important foreign markets for which the mark WALLY becomes a symbol of innovation and above all quality MADE IN ITALY. In fact in 1950 the businessman Ambrose Zaina build a new factory in town of Castelletto Senago, near Milan, where he settled since then Wally permanently eliminate the label MZM.
